Wanted: Showdown is an online companion app for the Wanted: Showdown tabletop Wild West skirmish game. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you create an account we collect your email address and username. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and a unique Google account identifier so we can create or link your Wanted: Showdown account. We do not access your Google contacts, Drive, or other Google services.
We also store gameplay data tied to your account (for example parties, showdowns, and shop orders) and optional newsletter preferences if you choose to subscribe.
Google Sign-In is used only to authenticate you and to obtain your verified email address so you can register or sign in to Wanted: Showdown. We use that email to identify your account, send account-related messages such as password resets when applicable, and (only if you opt in) newsletter updates.
Account and gameplay data are used to operate the app: saving your parties, running showdowns, processing shop purchases, and providing support. We do not sell your personal information.
The app stores an authentication token in your browser session storage while you are signed in. Analytics tools may use cookies or similar technologies to understand how the app is used.
We keep your account and gameplay data while your account remains active. You can contact us to request account deletion or correction of personal information.
